Enrichment

Gifted students in grades 3 -5 participate in enrichment classes where they develop creativity and thinking skills.  Students learn about topics that interest them through concept-based units and research projects.  Student interest guides instructional units such as Cracking the Code (codes, mysteries, and computer programming), Amusement Park Physics (exploring the motion of cars, roller coasters, and catapults), Kitchen Chemistry (conducting scientific experiments), and Be the Change (service learning and heroes).
